3 medium avocados field dressed
1 can (24 ounce size) green tomatillos, drained keep juice for blending.
keep juice from tomatillos to adjust consistency during blending (i use about 3/4 cup)
2 cloves garlic
1 large jalapeño diced (fresh, not pickled) remove seeds and pith
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
2 teaspoons salt
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 teaspoon fajita seasoning

directions
Combine all ingredients on high in blender until smooth, adding tomatillo juice as necessary to thin down mix so that it blends smoothly. Place in refrigerator for 4 hours.

The original recipe calls for 8oz sour cream, but its not needed! The avocados make it creamy.

Serve in dip bowls.
