    * 2 quarts of chicken broth
    * 2 cups uncooked pinto beans
    * 1 lb diced bacon
    * 2 large diced onions
    * 1/2-1/4 bunch finely chopped cilantro
    * 3 whole jalepenos diced
    * 1 tbs cumin
    * 1 lime
    * 1 can diced tomatoes
    * black pepper
    * packet of gora saran cilantro packet

in a pressure cooker brown the diced bacon. drain grease except for 3tbspoon and add white flour. brown the flour to create a brick rue. once rue is right add diced onion and sweat. add spices and jalepeno then add chicken broth.

bring pressure cooker up to heat and cook under pressure for about 3 hours or until beans are tender. finally add cilantro lime and tomato, continue to cook unpressurized 5 mins
